Gangworld is a series of short supplements for D&D 3x (OGL d20), each describing a criminal organization. They are both low on crunchy mechanics, high on usable story items. The supplements are short, but well worth the $0.99 each for the PDFs.
I got an awesome ghost story today in my email! Written by Deborah Teramis Christian and illustrated by Emily Vitori and set in her' Qua-lun world (found in her Dragonsword novels), the ghost story is an awesome tale of how ghosts might interact within a world where their existence is real.
