I'm going to hold my vote until I become more familiar with this layout and the bugs are worked out.  Right now, I like the old one better but just because I knew how that one worked.  I may like this one better once I become more familiar with it.

I like hte look of the new layout. It'll take a little getting used to but I can live with that. Thankfully I think Rubisco has already bumped into all the bugs :)

I have noticed that it looks like the forums editor seems to be adding several blank lines between the end of a posting and the signature.

Actually, the signature is a floating DIV that aligns with the bottom of the post's row (including the user's name, location, etc. block) So yes, there's usually a gap, but that's in intentional gap.

Aesthetically, this is much better, especially since you have it linked from your Comp Dev site. I really do think the old site was more user-friendly, though. Everything's a trade off.

Ok...two irritants.

First, does it have to scroll back to the top of the page any time it accepts an action. Makes me dizzy.

Second, why don't all of our avatars show?

The avatars are fixed.

I'll work on figuring out how to stop the scrolling.

Here's another thing that might need fixing.  I've set my profile options to NOT email me when posts are made to the site, but it keeps emailing me anyway.  Is that a glich?

And I just edited the above post with asking about clicking on the "unsubsribe topic" button to fix the email thing, but the edit didn't appear in the forum.  Is that a problem too?

Ok, it let me make an edit.

Did you try the Unsubscribe button at the top of the page?  Your subscriptions (or lack thereof) may have gotten screwed up during the move.
